Eagles host 3rd place Windham-Pelham

The schedule doesn’t get any easier for the Eagles Wednesday night when they host the 3rd place Windham-Pelham Wolf Pack at 5 p.m. The Eagles come into the game at 15-0 in league play (16-0 overall) while the Wolf Pack come in at 12-3.

Dillon Smith joins 100 point club

Dillon Smith joined the 100 point club in style tonight, ripping a snap shot just under the cross bar, in the second period Saturday night. The goal was his third of the night. Smith is just the 5th Eagle to reach the milestone and just the 2nd Eagle to do so as a junior. Congratulations!

 

Eagles down West

The Eagles scored 8 second period goals on route to a 13-2 win over Manchester West Saturday night at the Ham arena. Eagles top the Hilltoppers; 4-1

The Somersworth Hilltoppers scored with 2:37 remaining in the first period to take a 1-0 lead. They held that lead for all of 10 seconds, as Anthony LaRusso tied the game up with 2:27 to play in the first period and the Eagles went on to score three second period goals for a 4-1 win Friday night night. The Eagles host Manchester West tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. Look for a full Somersworth and West game story Saturday night.

Four Eagles named Scholar Athletes

Four Kennett senior hockey players were recently named scholar athletes by the New Hamsphire Interscholastic Athletic Association and Athletic Directors’ Association. Matt The four athletes had to maintain a B+ average and play at least two sports. Only two schools (Lebanon & St. Thomas) had more hockey players then the Eagles. Congratulations to Matt Kelly, Cody Richard, Kevin Murphy and Dan Rivera.
